As communities become the new channel for creators & brands  tools that assist construct , manage and connect large communities are obtaining prominence.

According to data , more than 258 community tools-based beginners have been formed in India since 2019, with community customer relationship management (CRM) & events tech taking the top. Are they the next unicorn opportunity?
